Small Wonders
Small Wonders
Small Wonders is a playful series celebrating everyday joy through small-scale making and sharing.
This collection includes handmade zines that weave together illustration, storytelling, and the pleasure of food — alongside a mail club featuring stickers, postcards, and cards made from original artwork. You'll also find paper lucky cookies and other whimsical paper goods that delight in the unexpected.
Small Wonders is rooted in the belief that the smallest things — a zine tucked in an envelope, a sticker, a folded paper surprise — can carry real warmth and meaning.
Mail Club
Nana's Gathering is a monthly mail club handmade in Frogtown, Los Angeles.
Every month, a little package arrives in your mailbox — made entirely by hand, from one pair of hands, one intuition at a time.
Each month's collection includes:
✦ A botanical art print (8×5.5") An original painting printed and mailed to you — a new theme every month, inspired by the season, the energy, and whatever is growing.
✦ A hand-printed mini zine — Still Waters A small, palm-sized publication you can carry in your bag or keep on your shelf. Each issue weaves together the month's collective energy reading, Eastern astrology and the transition between zodiac seasons, chakra activation practice, guidance for love, work and self, a monthly ritual to carry with you, and a quiet zen story — a small parable to sit with. Something to return to throughout the month.
✦ Frogtown Secret Hours A personal diary insert — a behind-the-scenes dispatch from the Los Angeles neighborhood where all of this is made. Every issue reveals a hidden corner, a favorite place, a slow afternoon worth knowing about. A little map of the world behind the work.
✦ A hand drawn card (3×4.5") with envelope Made uniquely for you every month. No two are ever the same.
✦ 4 botanical aura stickers (approx. 1.5×1.5")
✦ A handmade pouch in a new color every month
This is healing art made slowly, with intention. Organic in every sense of the word.
Community Workshop
Nana collaborates with arts organizations and nonprofits to bring hands-on creative experiences into the community — designing and leading workshops that are accessible, playful, and grounded in everyday materials.
In partnership with Frogtown Arts, Nana led an Earth Day workshop teaching participants how to make handmade botanical cards using pressed dried flowers and handcrafted paper — a quiet, sensory practice that connects people to nature and to each other.
If you're an organization looking to bring a creative workshop to your community, Nana would love to work together.
