The contract specifies terms regarding payment, timeline, revisions, and rights.
Deposit Payment
The client pays a 30%–50% deposit.
The project officially begins once the deposit is received.
First Draft Design
Present the initial design draft(s) for the client’s review.
The first draft serves to confirm the creative direction.
Revisions & Confirmation
Revise the design based on client feedback.
Continue until the agreed number of revision rounds is completed and the final direction is confirmed.
Final Design
Develop the completed design with all details refined.
Prepare the design for delivery in professional formats.
Final Payment & Delivery
The client makes the final payment.
Deliver the final design files (AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
Transfer full usage rights as agreed in the contract.
